Addison Annis is a multimedia journalist pursuing a bachelor's degree in photojournalism with a video production minor at Columbia College Chicago. Annis is the Deputy Editor at The Columbia Chronicle, and has contributed to news organizations including The Chicago Tribune, Block Club Chicago, The Associated Press, Tamron USA, South Side Weekly, Gateway Journalism Review and more.

Originally from Minnesota, Annis grew up swimming in lakes and fiddling with her parents' old cameras. She uses her lens as a tool to explore and connect with the world around her. Rooted in truth, she aims to capture fleeting moments and tell stories that inform, inspire and drive change.
